Job Description
The Associate Manager for Recruitment is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function, ensuring timely and effective hiring of candidates. The role involves overseeing the overall recruitment process, managing recruiter teams, and ensuring compliance with administrative deliverables.
Manage Daily Recruitment Operations
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of recruitment operations, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Stakeholder / Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Understand and meet their recruitment needs and expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Participate in the Client or Sales Visits and do the walkthrough on the end-to-end recruitment process
