We are hiring a Recruitment-Focused HR Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our growing team in the building material and architecture industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across sales, operations, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer rollout.
• Build talent pipelines for key roles in sales, distribution, and technical teams.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the building material or related industries
• Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals)
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
