Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize job boards and online platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Draft and post job advertisements in line with hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job offers and onboarding.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all event and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project/event plans, timelines, and post-event reports.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and initiatives as needed.
