Key Responsibilities
- Utilize job boards and online platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Draft and post job advertisements in line with hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job offers and onboarding.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all event and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project/event plans, timelines, and post-event reports.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and initiatives as needed.
