A Career Architect provides outstanding recruitment service acting as the primary point of contact for applicants regarding available positions related to client openings and vacancies. Recruiters will provide the candidates with exemplary service that builds relationships, answers recruitment concerns and increases overall trust to continue with their initial journey towards being employed; and, provide the client a competitive performance to meet, or even exceed, expectations which increases their satisfaction in RSD’s service.
