Responsibilities
- Professionally handles sourcing and recruitment
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather applicant’s information to quickly identify qualification
- Pre-qualifying applicants through phone screening and interviews
- Presents and explains complete information of the position the candidate is applying for
- Answers concerns and educates applicants when necessary about processes
- Maintain balance between company policy and candidates’ benefits in decision making
- Responsible in creating personal applicants tracking system for performance reference and reports
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics/targets
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our applicants, especially our clients
