Job Description
The Recruitment Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for recruitment and staffing services. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets or industries
