  • Salary guide: $65,000 - $70,000 base + uncapped commission
  • Location: Hawthorn East

What the Recruitment Consultant will do each day

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, salary bands, and hiring timelines.
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements and manage inbound applications efficiently.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Screen and assess candidates by phone and video calls, presenting well-qualified shortlists.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates thoroughly, and collect structured feedback.
  • Manage offer processes, conduct reference checks, and oversee onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain meticulous candidate and recruitment activity records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Build and sustain talent pools for repeat and challenging hiring requirements.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates and reporting tools.

  • A work from home or hybrid role, this role is 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday in our Hawthorn East office near Tooranga Rd Coles on Toorak Road.
