• Partner with the Account Manager to understand the client hiring requirements and successfully place candidates
• Take a multi-channel approach towards candidate sourcing with emphasis on headhunting (creative & social sourcing, online and offline events, job fairs, and direct sourcing)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
