Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new/existing client relationships through follow up and cold callings
• Introduce appropriate solutions to client in accordance with their hiring needs
• Source and interview candidates to determine their suitability based on job requirements
• Manage the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made
• Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new/existing candidates

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder and above
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
