Recruitment Consultant

Type: Freelance / Part-Time, with potential to transition to Full-Time

Breakmark is an HR boutique helping high-growth technology companies scale through Leadership Search , Fractional CHRO Services , and HR Tech & AI integration . We partner with founders and executive teams to build scalable people systems, strengthen leadership, and drive sustainable growth.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with extensive experience recruiting senior level technical and non-technical roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles from CTO, CFO to Heads of Sales supporting multiple clients within Breakmark’s portfolio.

You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and our leadership team to deliver a top-tier candidate experience and help clients build high-performing teams fast.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across different clients.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and engage top global talent using creative and data-driven strategies.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using modern ATS tools.
• Collaborate with other Breakmark consultants to share insights and best practices.

• 3–5+ years of experience recruiting senior level technical and non-technical roles (in-house or agency).
• Proven success recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of the tech landscape (engineering, data, product).
• Strong sourcing and communication skills, with global reach.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.
• Able to handle different clients in different geographies, time zones and with different people needs.
• Interested in starting as a freelancer part-time with flexibility to move to a full-time role.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
