As a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Supply Chain, you will:



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the industry.

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure the best candidate matches.

  • Source top-tier direct candidates

  • Leverage Michael Page's market-leading resources, networks, and industry insights to attract candidates and support clients effectively.

  • Actively develop and maintain client relationships, gaining a deeper understanding of their hiring needs, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.

  • Have a university degree in Engineering from reputable universities,

  • Have min. 2 years of work experience in Account Management, Business Development,

  • Show excellent interpersonal skills, and a have a genuine interest in recruitment,

  • Solid Technology knowledge,

  • Carry a strong sense of team spirit, have a positive attitude, comfortable in a sales driven environment and be able to deal with day-to-day challenges,

  • Be fluent in English.
