Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Big 4 or large consulting clients, with a strong understanding of professional services hiring and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Use multiple sourcing channels — LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market trends and proactively build a strong talent pipeline.
