Roles Available:

360 Recruitment Consultant:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare or similar industries preferred).
• Confident managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development to placement.
• Must be living in Sydney with Full work rights. 

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (Depending on your level of experience)

We’re seeking recruiters across all desk types:

• Temp & Contract Billers : fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiters who love the challenge of quick turnarounds, and focused on delivering activity.
• Permanent Billers : strategic consultants who enjoy building long-term partnerships and placing exceptional talent quarter to quarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet personal and team KPIs across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity within our CRM.
• Handle client and candidate queries with professionalism and care.
• Source and engage top-tier healthcare professionals across our specialist divisions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, interviewing, and generating offers.
• Partner with our Central Compliance team to ensure all placements meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular Candidate Care calls to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
• Adhere to company policies and client-specific compliance requirements.
