Aquis Search is Hiring: Recruitment Consultants (Remote / WFH)

We are looking for recruiters who want to work at the sharp end of hiring ,partnering with the top tier of the global buy-side, including leading regional and international proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and systematic platforms.

This is not volume hiring. You’ll work on high-impact mandates where judgement, credibility, and patience matter.

What it takes to succeed:

Strong curiosity about financial markets, trading, and technology

Ability to hold intelligent, high-quality conversations with highly selective candidates

High attention to detail

Discipline to manage long-cycle, high-value searches

Confidence engaging directly with founders, CIOs, PMs, and senior traders

Comfort with ambiguity and a long-term, relationship-driven mindset
