Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Big 4 or large consulting clients , with a strong understanding of professional services hiring and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure).
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Use multiple sourcing channels — LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Stay updated with market trends and proactively build a strong talent pipeline.
