Personnel Management (On-site at the Client) With your positive energy, you warmly welcome and ensure the full integration of new employees. You actively engage with your employees by investing time to understand their career aspirations and supporting their professional development in collaboration with managers. You approve timesheets, coordinate schedules, and monitor absenteeism cases. As a health and safety ambassador, you work closely with our OHS team to ensure that employees consistently operate in a safe environment by enforcing best practices.
