About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in recruiting personnel across all disciplines required to support the construction of utility-scale solar farms.
The successful candidate will come from a fast-paced project environment and have a proven track record of delivering high volumes of skilled staff to time-critical construction projects. This role requires someone who understands the urgency, commercial pressures, and mobilisation challenges associated with large-scale solar builds.
You will be responsible for building and deploying site teams that can scale rapidly in line with programme demands, ensuring labour supply never impacts project delivery.
