We're expanding and this time, we're building from the ground up in Valencia.

After two years of remote growth across Europe, AJ Group has opened a brand-new office in Valencia – and we're looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment or looking to transition into a new industry, with in-person support, training, and clear progression in a fast-growing, international recruitment business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll join as a Recruitment Consultant, supporting and learning from experienced consultants in either:

Life Sciences

Pharma

BioTech

Initially You'll

Learn the recruitment process from end to end (we'll train you)

Source and speak with candidates across Europe

Help build out client and candidate relationships

Contribute to the growth of our brand-new Valencia hub
