  • Build and nurture trusted client partnerships, delivering customised recruitment solutions
  • Drive business development through cold calling, client visits, reverse marketing, and market mapping
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-placement care
  • Use platforms like Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn to connect with top talent
  • Provide clients with insights on hiring trends, salaries, and workforce planning
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Collaborate with colleagues across local, national, and international projects
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture

  • 2–3+ years of proven 360° agency recruitment experience

  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused mindset
