Venor is proud to partner with our client, New Found Gold, in the recruitment of a Recruitment Coordinator . Based out of Gander, Newfoundland, New Found Gold holds a 100% interest in the Queensway Gold Project, as well as the recently acquired Hammerdown Operation, Pine Cove Operation and Nugget Pond Hydrometallurgical Gold Plant circuit. The company is committed to responsible exploration and mining, leveraging strong infrastructure and a skilled local workforce in Newfoundland and Labrador.
As we scale up operations, we’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring efforts across technical, operational, and corporate roles. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You’ll balance people-facing work with research, writing, and administrative coordination.
