About the role:

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving DBSync’s talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on recruitment. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting HR functions such as documentation, employee records, and engagement initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, departmental needs, and define candidate profiles.
  • Sourcing & Attraction: Design and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and events to attract qualified talent.
  • Job Posting & Pipeline Management: Post openings across recruitment portals, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, assess skills, and coordinate interviews, including logistics and feedback collection.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding by handling documentation, background checks, contracts, offer letters, and system access.
  • Process & Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in ATS/HRMS, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company’s employer brand and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate recruitment and HR reports, track metrics, and provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders.
  • HR Generalist: Perform basic HR Generalist activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment coordination(Complete Recruitment Life Cycle).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS/HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Expert in using LinkedIn for Recruitment
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Work Shift:  01:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST
