Job Description

Your Role

  • Interview Coordination : Effectively arrange and oversee interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless process.
  • Candidate Communication : Contact person for candidates, delivering updates, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Admin Tasks : Evaluate incoming applications, verify the completeness of required documents, and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaboration and Data Management : Work closely with team members to coordinate candidate requirements, update recruitment databases, and produce insightful reports.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration is advantageous.
  • Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
