Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with strong BPO call center recruitment experience to lead and support our high-volume hiring operations in Mexico City. This role is ideal for a senior recruiter who is ready to take the next step into coordination and team leadership. The Recruitment Coordinator will continue to execute end-to-end recruiting for agent-level roles while also overseeing the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team. This role will partner closely with Operations and HR to ensure hiring targets, onboarding, and reporting are met efficiently and consistently.
