We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Pune. This role will be supporting locations across Asia, and we are looking for someone who is able to start at 7am IST. The role will be hybrid remote and in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interview
