Job Description

Scope:

The Recruiting Coordinator will work with the Talent Acquisition team to manage interview processes, gather feedback, and manage onboarding processes and paperwork.

Duties:

● Work in Workday and Goodtime to compile interview packets, communicate schedules, and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner.

● Work in tandem with Recruiters to maintain the status of requisitions, move candidates through the interview process, and close jobs once candidates are hired.

● Handle high-volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews, globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC).

● Generate and send offer letters and employment agreements, globally.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes and enable TA systems.

● Initiate background checks and work closely with other onboarding teams to ensure all materials are prepped for new hires.

Skills:

● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

● Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3–6 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR role.
