At Sheffield Forgemasters we have a brand new, exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, on an initial 18 months fixed term contract.

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield and will involve supporting the talent acquisition function with recruitment activity, ensuring that Sheffield Forgemasters have the right people, with the right skills, available at the right time to deliver our business goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drafting and posting job ads.
  • Contributing to social media activity and other talent attraction methods. 
  • Conducting telephone interviews / assessment centres to assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
  • Supporting with all interview stages.
  • Supporting with coaching and training hiring managers. 
  • Assisting with the new starter onboarding process.
  • Raising purchase orders for any 3rd party spend.
