Overview
The Recruitment Data Analyst provides data-driven insights to improve talent acquisition and recruiting systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and technical expertise in ATS platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable insights to help guide talent acquisition decisions.
Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors ATS platforms is required.
