Job/Position Summary

1)MBD:

  • Automotive embedded software development and ASPICE knowledge
  • Experience in Application Software development using Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow
  • Experience in Autocoding using TargetLink
  • Experience in static code analysis
  • MIL/SIL/PIL testing experience.
  • Experience in M-scripting, MAAB guidelines

    • 2)HIL:

  • Review and analyse the requirements, design and implement software components, check and validate the tests plans before deliver to customer.
  • Provide technical solutions and technical leadership to the team. Ensure that the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and customer requirements / planning.
  • Review / update best practices / standards / guidelines / checklists periodically. Ensure the tests plans are up to the mark following new anomaly reports.
  • Conduct peer reviews (Local + Corporate) and ensure closure of issues.
  • Manage HIL/MIL validation campaign on time. Analyse tests failed and open anomaly reports. Make a synthesis of all tests.
  • Support customer for technical questions regarding validation and anomaly reports.
  • Contact regular audit and preserve HIL/MIL bench, environment etc.
  • Identify and define measures for defect prevention and mitigate technical risks
  • Represent SW team to other stakeholders and interface with system teams to optimize test plan coverage

    • 3)Verification & Validation:

  • Tools: MATLAB, INCA, MDA, Diagnostic tools like (CDA, Dianalyzer etc)
  • Knowledge on Powertrain Control Systems
  • Fine tuning of Calibrations and to test these calibration changes before freezing dcm, in HIL environment
  • Strong analysis skills to resolve the issues related to calibrations of powertrain control systems.
  • Must familiar with Diagnostics, DTC's behavior and Snapshots \ Freeze Data
  • Knowledge on Requirements analysis

    • 4)Test Automation:

  • Experience on Test Automation with knowledge on Test Framework and test Templates development
  • Knowledge on Test case design and test step sequence
  • Proficient knowledge of Python™ and other languages.
  • Additional advantage if worked with ECU-Test tool
  • Should familiar with HIL testing
  • Basic understanding of MATLAB might be better

    • 5)AutoSAR:

  • AUTOSAR, BSW ,Configurations, integration RTE, EB Tresos, DaVinci configurator Pro &Developer


    • 6)Project Management: (Exp: 9 to 14 Yrs)

  • Overall project management of a complex software project in compliance to the KPIT processes and guidelines.
  • Project planning and time-schedule definition in line with the customer requests and prioritization from product management.
  • Track the project progress and define corrective measures if deviating from the plan.
  • Plan and control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan.
  • Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set.
  • Perform professional change management.
  • Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures.
  • Escalate issues if necessary.
  • Actively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Build up and maintain a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork with the project.
  • High and strong interface with the development and validation team.
