Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Inbox Management — Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews, and events; monitor and organize email inbox, flag urgent items and draft responses where appropriate.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening — Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems; conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates for further interviews; maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.
- Data Management & Integrity — Ensure all candidate and client data is accurately entered and maintained in internal systems; regularly audit data for compliance and integrity.
- Compliance Administration — Support adherence to company policies, privacy regulations, and recruitment compliance standards; prepare documentation for audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
