Job Summary:

As Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting security offciers in the industry. Your expertise will build a robust team capable of handling diverse security challenges. You will collaborate with department leads to forecast hiring needs and execute effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with our company's mission and security needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, jobportals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (experience in security recruitment strongly preferred )
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting
