Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and processing terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical files) in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Help administer employee benefits programs and respond to related employee inquiries.
  • Support HR projects such as performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
