Job Title: Recruiter – IT / Non-IT (US Staffing)

Location: Thane (Work from Office)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Shift Timing: 07:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT & Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with US clients
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers in ATS
  • Work closely with senior recruiters to meet hiring targets


Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in US night shift
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online sourcing
