Job Title: Recruiter – IT / Non-IT (US Staffing)
Location: Thane (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT & Non-IT roles
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with US clients
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers in ATS
Work closely with senior recruiters to meet hiring targets
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in US night shift
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online sourcing
