Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition resource with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment. The primary focus of this role will be end-to-end hiring, along with supporting basic HR Operations activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions
  • Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers on job specifications
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
