As a Recruitment intern at Unessa Foundation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and assist in bringing in top talent to our organization. Your knowledge of MS-Excel and English proficiency will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews with potential candidates.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure they are up to date.
- Help in organizing recruitment events and career fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers using MS-Excel.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and provide valuable insights.
- Support in the onboarding process for new hires and assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment.
