Key Role: Maintaining the database and should be well versed in Microsoft suites


Job Responsibilities:


  • To maintain database of students and as well as recruiters
  • To maintain all the training related documents
  • Documenting day to day activities on regular basis
  • Keeping track of all calendars of both Training and Placement
  • To correspond to prospective companies and invite for Campus Interview.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and industry partners.
  • To take care of HR panels & logistics.
  • To assist students from Interview to on boarding, complete Recruitment Cycle.
  • Should add new companies for MOU’s.
  • Should organize seminars and pep talks by inviting Industry Veterans.
  • Should be open to travel for meeting new interested Companies HR and CEO’s and getting new leads
