Key Role: Maintaining the database and should be well versed in Microsoft suites
Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain database of students and as well as recruiters
- To maintain all the training related documents
- Documenting day to day activities on regular basis
- Keeping track of all calendars of both Training and Placement
- To correspond to prospective companies and invite for Campus Interview.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and industry partners.
- To take care of HR panels & logistics.
- To assist students from Interview to on boarding, complete Recruitment Cycle.
- Should add new companies for MOU’s.
- Should organize seminars and pep talks by inviting Industry Veterans.
- Should be open to travel for meeting new interested Companies HR and CEO’s and getting new leads
