Recruitment Manager- Hamburg

We are currently partnered with one of the world’s largest bulk shipping organizations that is looking for a new Recruitment Manager to join their office in Hamburg and to lead and manage recruitment processes.
 
This is a newly created position where our client is looking to find someone that can take a strategic approach to both internal and external recruitment efforts within the region. This will require developing strong relationships with the various internal Hiring Managers across the region as well as managing external relationships with third party Recruiters.
 
Maintaining relations with local authorities, Universities will also be a key part of the requirements to ensure that the best new talent is coming into the organization and to develop a recruitment branding strategy.
