Recruitment Manager

At TEKsystems , you’ll lead a team of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery across specialist areas. Your role combines hands-on recruitment with team leadership, including:

• Recruitment Delivery: Source, screen, and present top talent for client roles. Ensure timely and accurate delivery against agreed requirements.
• Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, run team meetings, coach and develop recruiters, and handle escalations.
• Sales Partnership: Act as the key contact for Sales, qualifying roles, allocating resources, and aligning delivery with client expectations.
• Performance & Development: Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews, and coaching sessions to build a high-performing team. Support wider office development initiatives.
