Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Recruitment Manager who is LinkedIn Certified and brings strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn hiring, Naukri job boards, and large-scale recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and managerial role, lead a recruitment team, drive bulk and campus hiring, and train fresher recruiters to become independent contributors.

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory Skills:

LinkedIn Certified Recruiter with hands-on hiring experience

Strong people management and leadership skills

Expertise in bulk hiring, campus hiring, and lateral hiring

Proven ability to train and develop fresher recruiters

Strong objection handling, negotiation, and communication skills

Experience in team handling, target management, and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

Experience in staffing, corporate HR, or high-growth environments

Exposure to recruitment analytics and ATS tools
