Overview

Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for HQ, outlets, and operational roles (local & foreign workforce). Partner closely with Operations, Brand Heads, and HODs to understand manpower needs, timelines, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job portals, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, career events).
  • Oversee recruitment agencies, including foreign worker agencies, ensuring compliance, cost control, and service quality.
  • Coordinate foreign worker hiring, permit applications, renewals, and relevant documentation in compliance with labour regulations.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with HR Operations and relevant departments.
