As a Recruitment Manager, you’ll sit at the center of our recruiting engine—leading high-performing teams, shaping talent strategy, and driving results that directly impact revenue, gross margin, and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and knows how to turn strong execution into measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the VP, Delivery, you’ll own recruiter performance, talent delivery, and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with Sales and internal teams to build scalable recruiting models, deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, and ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
