CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels( social media, and internal databases) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate the job offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Must have handled high volume calls/reach outs
- Must have experience on handling tech, executive and niche roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related field
