Job Description

The candidate will take accountability for the Company's hiring which includes providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs. This will involve strategizing with Management on Recruiting alignment and future direction, working with OZ heads on the qualification, and driving execution on the fulfilling those needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis.
  • Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure the company’s competitiveness in recruiting.
  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of effective sourcing plans.
