Job Description
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support to ensure timely manpower deployment across the organization. This role focuses on hiring for Technical, Supervisory, and Operations Roles , ensuring candidates are properly screened, processed, and endorsed based on company standards, manpower priorities, and operational requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, job offer processing, and onboarding coordination .
Coordinate with Hiring Managers and department heads to clarify job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines.
Conduct initial interviews and recommend qualified applicants for final interview and selection.
