Recruitment Operations & Onboarding Associate

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience?

We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations & Onboarding Associate join ClearSource and support our Talent Acquisition team by ensuring full compliance with pre-hiring and onboarding requirements.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-hiring and onboarding process.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, HR, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and on time.

During periods with no active onboarding tasks, you’ll also support recruitment activities, including conducting interviews, to help meet hiring demands.
