Job Description
As part of the Recruitment Operations Performance Team, reporting to the Recruitment Insights & Reporting Team Leader and working closely with the Business Management and Performance Practitioner this role is responsible for the collation, provision & analysis of data, reporting and insights for the Recruitment Operations Team and the wider business.
This includes:
- The day-to-day maintenance, updating and improving of business-as-usual recruitment reports, such as tracking Supply vs Demand, through data transformation, file management and creative problem solving.
- Coordinate ad-hoc reporting tasks based on end-user requirements to provide stakeholders with key recruitment operational data.
- Assist the team in providing a centralised service for internal delivery streams and business stakeholders.
- Perform peer checks against reports created within the team to help identify and monitor any errors or defects.
