In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment operations and help optimize hiring workflows, candidate pipelines, and multi-channel recruitment campaigns. You'll directly impact speed, quality, and consistency of talent delivery.
What you'll do
Manage E2E candidate pipelines in our systems, ensuring smooth progress and timely closures
Source candidates for niche roles across multiple platforms
Publish job openings across relevant channels and align messaging with marketing
Keep system data accurate and up to date (pipeline tracking, statuses, reporting discipline)
Execute recruitment workflows with high precision, resolving bottlenecks fast
