ITDS is hiring a Recruitment Operations Specialist (RecOps)

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment operations and help optimize hiring workflows, candidate pipelines, and multi-channel recruitment campaigns. You'll directly impact speed, quality, and consistency of talent delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage
  E2E candidate pipelines
  in our systems, ensuring smooth progress and timely closures
• Source candidates for
  niche roles
  across multiple platforms
• Publish job openings across relevant channels and align messaging with marketing
• Keep system data accurate and up to date (pipeline tracking, statuses, reporting discipline)
• Execute recruitment workflows with high precision, resolving bottlenecks fast
