Infatica is a global provider of Proxy and DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) solutions , helping businesses worldwide access reliable, secure, and scalable data networks. We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to help us find and engage top talent across the globe.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
