Recruitment Sourcing & Onboarding Associate

We’re looking for a Sourcing & Onboarding Associate to join ClearSource and support our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, supporting recruiters with pipeline management, and ensuring all pre-hiring and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.

You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
